Full-time graduate students have the option of earning their 24 core credit and 16 elective major credit online degree after completing the general course requirements of the school. Massachusetts Criminal Justice Karriere

Many criminal justice graduates seek law enforcement positions with local and state police departments. The Massachusetts State Police offers supplemental pay for criminal justice graduates. Most city police departments also use the Massachusetts Department of Human Resources to hire their local police force, and the Quinn Act applies to those agencies as well. The Massachusetts Department of Corrections is also seeking to recruit criminal justice graduates and is waiving the two-year experience requirement for the A/B Corrections Program Officer position for applicants with a four-year degree in criminal justice or a related field.

Massachusetts also has many private sector opportunities. There are a number of paralegal positions available at many law firms and corporations in Boston and the rest of the state. Massachusetts is also home to many companies hiring for corporate security jobs. Additionally, the state is home to several insurance companies that hire criminal justice specialists to work in their fraud departments. However, this sorely lacks a sense of community, and the campus often feels empty at night when you're just walking around. The classes are very large in the first year and are mostly lecture based, which I really prefer having come from a very small school. Most teachers are easy to reach and quick to respond. Some middle course teachers, especially in the medical field, are difficult to get in touch with when their regular jobs are in a clinical setting. Student qualification:“Overall, I have had a very positive experience in the criminal justice program that I am enrolled in. I enjoyed most of my courses except for one and this negative experience was due to a teacher I personally disliked. In this course , I didn't feel like I went home with a ton of new knowledge or understanding that I was meant to have. However, other courses I took last year sparked a new interest in areas of criminal justice that I had not previously had. There was even an idea. These courses have now given me a possible professional direction, and that is very exciting for me. The only other criticism I might have of the faculty is that I feel the degree selection is not enough. I think I could and should have more course offerings that focus on different aspects of the criminal justice system."

The campus is located in a rural area in the small town of Dudley, Massachusetts Campus is very easy to get to The atmosphere is very welcoming and gives a safe feeling Although the school is geared more towards business students, it offers a variety of degree programs They offer associate degrees, bachelors and bachelors as well as masters degrees The school is very flexible and offers day, evening and online classes. I personally have experience with all three. All teachers are very competent and intelligent and most have hands-on experience of what they teach. As many of my teachers have had and I look at them as role models One thing that could be improved is the number of classes they offer in the afternoons ten.
