1. Thomas Aquinas School
Thomas Aquinas College is a lay-administered Roman Catholic institution. It has two campuses: the original 131-acre campus in Southern California and the second 110-acre campus in New England. This university offers a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and various financial aid options such as loans, on-campus jobs, and scholarships. At least 11% of the alumni entered the priestly or religious life and 40% enrolled in professional and graduate schools.
2. Carleton University
The closest college in America with no tuition is Carleton College, a private liberal arts college in Northfield, Minnesota. It offers minors and majors such as Film and Media Studies, Environmental Studies, Jewish Studies, Neuroscience, and Medieval and Renaissance Studies. This is a very friendly university for international students as it promotes cultural exchange in the curriculum of the degree programs and promotes diversity among students and faculty.
Carleton College has an Intercultural and International Life Office to help international students adjust to their new environment. It is also possible to apply for financial support. Preference will be given to Asian students, highly educated non-US citizens, and international students with no geographic restrictions.

Kenyon College is a private liberal arts college that offers all the charm of a small community. Located in Gambier, Ohio, it has a 1,000-acre campus that brings together sororities, fraternities, a cappella groups, and all manner of student organizations.
This university is accredited by the Commission on Higher Learning and has 33 programs leading to a bachelor's degree. It has more than 50 major, minor and interdisciplinary concentrations. Applying is easy and free, just fill out an online application and submit several official academic documents.
Kenyon College does not charge an application fee, as stated on its website: “There is no application fee at Kenyon College. It's free for anyone who requests it."
6. Smith-College
Smith College is an all-female college in Northampton, Massachusetts that welcomes trans women and students in transition. It is a liberal arts college that aims to empower young women and develop them into leaders. International students are welcome at Smith College. It currently has students from 68 different countries around the world. And although it is a women's university, it accepts both women and men for postgraduate studies.
There are 58 academic departments and programs including philosophy, women's and gender studies, logic, Buddhist studies, and linguistics.
7. University of Cana
Reed College, located in Portland, Oregon, is an independent liberal arts and science college. It is a residential college campus in the Eastmoreland neighborhood with beautiful Gothic architecture and impressive woodlands. There are students from all over the world, which gives the university a sense of diversity and inclusion. Its mission is to seek intellectual growth and stimulate critical thinking and creativity in its students, also known as medicine.
8. Grinnell-College
Grinnell College is a private, coeducational liberal arts and sciences college in Grinnell, Iowa. Grinnellians value the privacy of their courses. There are no more than 20 students per class, making the experience more personal.
This university offers degrees in 27 majors with 16 concentrations and has 150 study groups. Center College is a private undergraduate liberal arts college in Danville, Kentucky. It offers more than 50 specialization, specialization, pre-vocational and double degree programs and postgraduate partnerships. Located in Memphis, Tennessee, it is a coeducational liberal arts residence. The campus covers 123 hectares and is famous for its Gothic stone university buildings. Presbyterian College is a private Presbyterian liberal arts college in Clinton, South Carolina. It was founded in 1880 by the Rev. William Plumer Jacobs. Founded in 1847, Lawrence University is a co-ed liberal arts college and music conservatory in Appleton, Wisconsin. It has a student population of over 1,500 students. It has 5 academic units: Faculty of Philosophy, Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty of Education and Health Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Law.
There are more than 80 degree programs, 50 master's programs, 12 doctoral programs and many bachelor's and certificate programs.
